Lotte Hi-Mart Launches Interior Consultation Brokerage Service Platform
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Lotte Hi-Mart will launch a 'Home Interior Brokerage Platform' on the Lotte Hi-Mart online shopping mall on the 26th.
The 'Home Interior Brokerage Platform' is a service that mediates interior consultations through a mobile app for customers planning interior design. The platform offers not only interior consultations but also various interior-related content. It brokers interior specialist companies in Seoul and the metropolitan area, with plans to expand the entry of interior specialist companies nationwide in the future.
Interior specialist companies wishing to join can do so through a separate entry inquiry menu. To commemorate the launch of the Home Interior Brokerage Platform, Lotte Hi-Mart has prepared various customer participation events offering L.POINT and more.
A separate 'Interior Consultation' menu for construction consultations has been set up in the 'Next Generation Lifestyle Section' corner within the mobile app. The brokerage service proceeds in four steps: selecting a company, choosing a concept, applying for consultation, and more. When customers select the desired construction area and fields such as kitchen or bathroom, suitable interior specialist companies are displayed.
Upon selecting a company, customers can check the company's basic information, available construction areas, and fields. They can review concept-specific portfolios and construction cases provided by the company, choose the desired concept for construction, and apply for consultation. Once the consultation is confirmed, the company contacts the customer individually and proceeds with the construction work.
This allows customers to compare portfolios by company that match their desired interior concept and proceed with consultation and construction all at once. In the second half of the year, the platform will be enhanced by introducing a secure payment system within the mobile app.
The Home Interior Brokerage Platform also offers various interior-related content. This includes the 'Encyclopedia' covering topics related to interior construction, 'Monthly Honey Items' introducing various interior accessories based on a monthly theme, and 'Self DIY' sharing tips for decorating living spaces without expert help.
To celebrate the launch of the 'Home Interior Brokerage Platform,' a customer participation event will be held. From the 26th to June 11th, customers can participate in the 'Spread the Word and Verify' event. Participants will be entered into a draw to receive up to 100,000 L.POINT. Customers who like and comment on the 'Interior Encyclopedia' content during this period will be entered into a draw to earn up to 50,000 L.POINT.
