On the 22nd, Seoul City announced that it held the 5th Transit-Oriented Youth Housing Authorization Subcommittee on the 21st and approved a revised urban management plan change decision for the transit-oriented youth housing project in the area of 246-61 Guui-dong.
With the approval of this authorization subcommittee review, once the district unit plan is decided and announced, a transit-oriented youth housing complex with 182 units will be constructed on a 692.5㎡ site.
