'Jupjup Opportunity' Attracts 260,000 Applicants for Acro Seoul Forest Subscription

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] A total of 260,000 applicants flocked to the non-priority subscription for three additional households at 'Acro Seoul Forest' in Seongdong-gu, Seoul.

Anyone residing in the metropolitan area can apply, and it is analyzed that demand surged due to expectations of capital gains by supplying at the price from three years ago.

Daelim Industrial announced that a total of 264,625 people applied for the recruitment of three additional households of 'Acro Seoul Forest' conducted on the Acro Life homepage from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the 20th. The 97㎡ B-type, with one household available, attracted 215,085 applicants, recording the highest competition rate. For the 159㎡ A-type with one household, 34,959 people applied, and for the 198㎡ with one household, 14,581 people applied.

The non-priority subscription accepts applications for households that could not find owners due to contract cancellations by general sale winners or disqualified winners, and winners are selected by lottery. This subscription is supplied at the 2017 sale price. By housing type, 97㎡ B is 1.741 billion KRW, 159㎡ A is 3.042 billion KRW, and 198㎡ is 3.758 billion KRW.

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's actual transaction price disclosure system, the 84㎡ Trimage in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, which moved in 2017, was traded at 2.9 billion KRW in February. The market says that if you win in this additional recruitment, you can expect a capital gain of more than 500 million KRW.
