According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, until 3 a.m. on this day, some areas will experience very heavy rain exceeding 40mm per hour accompanied by gusts, thunder, and lightning.
Expected rainfall amounts are 50?100mm in northern Gyeonggi and Gangwon Province (over 150mm in heavy areas, over 200mm in northern Gangwon Yeongdong), 20?60mm in Chungcheong Province, Jeonbuk, and northern Gyeongbuk, and 5?20mm in Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, and southern Gyeongbuk. Seoul, southern Gyeonggi, and southern Gangwon Yeongseo will see 30?80mm of rain.
Morning low temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 12°C △Incheon 12°C △Chuncheon 13°C △Gangneung 14°C △Daejeon 12°C △Daegu 13°C △Busan 14°C △Jeonju 13°C △Gwangju 12°C △Jeju 16°C.
Daytime high temperatures are forecast to be △Seoul 17°C △Incheon 16°C △Chuncheon 16°C △Gangneung 19°C △Daejeon 17°C △Daegu 20°C △Busan 20°C △Jeonju 17°C △Gwangju 17°C △Jeju 22°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the effect of precipitation.
