JB Financial Launches Internal Digital Community Encompassing Affiliates
[Asia Economy Reporter Minyoung Kim] JB Financial Group announced on the 18th that it will launch a ‘Digital Community’ composed of employees at the assistant manager level and below, aiming to spread digital culture and enhance capabilities among its staff.
JB Financial plans to form small communities of up to 5 members per affiliate, totaling around 15 members, through an open recruitment process by the 26th. Participating employees will improve their digital skills through self-learning and contribute to expanding the community while fostering the group’s digital culture.
This community will focus on themes such as digital culture, digital products and services, and technologies including big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and blockchain. Members will autonomously collect digital information and hold offline meetings, as well as participate in competitions and plan digital events.
