Chuchu.com is a pet specialty mall that sells a wide range of pet products including food and snacks for dogs and cats, toys, and grooming supplies. Chuchu.com hosts 48 domestic and international pet specialty brands, including Dongwon F&B’s premium pet food brand ‘Nutri Plan’ and the global pet food brand ‘Nutram’.
Dongwon F&B has been selling pet food through ‘Dongwon Mall,’ the nation’s number one food specialty online mall operated by the company. However, as the pet market grows, demand for a specialized online mall that comprehensively handles various pet products beyond pet food has increased. Accordingly, the company plans to open a separate online mall to provide specialized pet services and aggressively target the pet market.
Chuchu.com offers a ‘Chuchu Subscription Delivery’ service that allows customers to receive pet products regularly. Customers can receive a list of desired products at specified intervals and can change items anytime to try various products. Customers who subscribe to the delivery service will receive a Chuchu Box filled with various snacks as a gift, along with additional benefits such as a 10% extra discount and free shipping on purchases over 30,000 KRW.
