Over 6,100 Households Nationwide for Sale in the Third Week of May

According to real estate research firm Doctor Apartment on the 17th, from the 18th to the 23rd, 6,163 households will be supplied in 13 complexes nationwide. Model houses will open in 14 locations.
First, on the 18th, subscription applications will begin for one complex: Gimje Daegumsan 1 (permanent rental).
On the 19th, subscription applications will start for five complexes: ▲Pyeongtaek Godeok A2 Block (public rental) ▲Gwangmyeong Prugio Centber ▲Yangju Okjeong New Town Jeil Punggyeongchae Lake City (Block 2) ▲Bupyeong Jungang Heights Premier △Hillstate Daegu Station Opera.
Gwangmyeong Prugio Centber is a redevelopment complex in Gwangmyeong 15 District, Gwangmyeong-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi Province. Out of 1,335 households ranging from 36 to 84㎡ (exclusive area), 464 households sized 36 to 59㎡ will be offered for general sale. Subway Line 7 Gwangmyeongsageori Station is located within 1 km of the complex. The Seoul Ring Expressway, the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, and the Gwangmyeong-Seoul Expressway, scheduled to open in 2023, are nearby, making access to Seoul and the metropolitan area convenient.

Heukseok River Park Xi is a redevelopment project by GS Construction in Heukseok 3 District, Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, offering 357 households sized 59 to 120㎡ out of 1,772 households sized 39 to 120㎡ for general sale. Heukseok Station on Subway Line 9 is within walking distance. Through Olympic-daero and Gangbyeonbuk-ro, it is easy to access central Seoul and nearby metropolitan areas such as Goyang and Gimpo.
On the 21st, subscription applications will begin for one complex: Changwon Jinhae Vision City Woobang IU Shell.
This week, 14 model houses are scheduled to open, all on the 22nd.
