Controversial High Price 'Deogeun Zai', Winning with Subscription Score of 16 Points
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dong-hyun] A winner with a subscription score of 16 points emerged in the Goyang Deok-eun District Xi Apartment complex in Gyeonggi Province, which had been controversial for its high sale prices.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage on the 15th, the 84㎡ (exclusive area) E and 84㎡ D units of Goyang Deok-eun DMC Riverfore Xi (A7 Block), which announced the subscription winners that day, had winners with subscription scores of 16 and 17 points respectively. Considering that the location was highly regarded as "Seoul closer than Seoul," it is unusual for winners with scores in the 10-point range to appear.
The minimum winning scores for 84㎡ B and 84㎡ C were 23 points, and for 84㎡ A it was 29 points. The highest winning scores by housing type ranged from 38 to 50 points, and the average winning scores ranged from 26.84 to 35.51 points.
The day before, Goyang Deok-eun DMC Riverpark Xi (A4 Block), which announced its subscription winners, showed a minimum winning score of 24 points for 84㎡ C.
The minimum winning scores were 33 points for 84㎡ B and 99㎡ C, and 41 points for 84㎡ A. The highest winning scores ranged from 61 to 69 points, and the average winning scores recorded were between 36.98 and 49.85 points.
