Harim Holdings Acquires Additional 433,620 Shares of Subsidiary Hangang CM
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Harim Holdings announced on the 14th that it will additionally acquire 433,620 shares of its chicken production and processing subsidiary Hangang CM for approximately 35 billion KRW.
After the stock acquisition, Harim Holdings' stake in Hangang CM will be 96.3%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the same day as the announcement.
