Gyeonggi Urban公 to Supply 100 Youth Startup Support Housing Units
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation is set to purchase planned housing (before building permits or project approval) to support housing stability and job creation for young entrepreneurs in Goyang City.
Unlike purchasing completed housing, purchasing planned housing involves selecting a developer who meets design and quality standards, signing a purchase agreement, and then buying the housing once construction is completed.
Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation signed a basic agreement with Goyang City last March to create popular residential areas for young people dreaming of startups by supplying high-quality public rental housing in prime locations at affordable prices.
The purchased housing will be provided as 'Youth Startup Support Housing,' a live-work integrated rental housing that offers both residential and business spaces to young entrepreneurs or prospective entrepreneurs.
The target purchase includes about 100 planned housing units located near transit stations or major bus stops with excellent public transportation accessibility within Goyang City.
Gyeonggi Urban Innovation Corporation plans to purchase the target housing after document review, site inspection, and purchase evaluation.
