Government: Total 111 Confirmed Cases Related to Itaewon Clubs (Update)
[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] It has been revealed that the number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) originating from Itaewon clubs has reached 111.
Kim Kang-lip, the first chief coordinator of the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters, stated at the regular briefing held at the government Sejong complex, "As of midnight today, the total number of confirmed cases related to Itaewon clubs is 111."
Among the 26 new confirmed cases as of midnight today, 20 are related to Itaewon clubs.
