According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, rain will continue until this morning in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungcheong, and Jeonbuk regions.
The nationwide morning low temperatures were observed between 12 and 16 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperatures ranged from 17 to 26 degrees Celsius.
By region, temperatures are expected to be 14~22°C in Seoul, 15~23°C in Chuncheon, Gangwon, 14~22°C in Daejeon, 14~20°C in Jeonju, 14~20°C in Gwangju, 15~24°C in Daegu, 15~22°C in Busan, 14~23°C in Changwon, and 15~19°C in Jeju.
Fine dust levels were observed to be from good to moderate across all regions. The Seoul metropolitan area and Chungcheong region are expected to experience poor levels from nighttime due to the influx of fine dust from abroad.
The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Winds will blow very strongly at speeds of 8 to 16 meters per second across all seas, so ships navigating or fishing should exercise special caution."
