40s Man Kills Neighboring Restaurant Owner Over Service Shortage

A is accused of stabbing B, a neighbor, multiple times in the abdomen with a weapon around 10 a.m. that day in an apartment complex in Uichang-gu, Changwon City, resulting in B's death.
