11st Launches Store Pickup Service for Jeonggwanjang with KGC Ginseng Corporation
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] On the 4th, 11st announced that it will be the first e-commerce company to implement the ‘Jung Kwan Jang Store Pickup Service’ in collaboration with KGC Ginseng Corporation.
This service allows customers to order from about 60 major products of ‘Jung Kwan Jang Mall (Jung Mall)’ listed on 11st and pick them up at over 800 Jung Kwan Jang stores nationwide on their desired date.
With the launch of this service, customers can conveniently receive products at their preferred stores anytime without worrying about delivery delays or cutoff times during peak gift-ordering seasons such as Parents’ Day, Lunar New Year, and Chuseok. It is also expected to be well received by single-person households who find it difficult to receive parcels at home.
Especially this year, due to the long holiday right before Parents’ Day, customers who missed ordering gifts can use the pickup service to prepare gifts with peace of mind. Additionally, with the recent surge in interest in ‘immune system enhancement,’ demand for this service is expected to be high among those seeking Jung Kwan Jang products as gifts for their parents.
Customers who wish to use the service can select ‘Store Pickup’ when ordering Jung Kwan Jang products, choose their desired store, select the pickup date, and check the available pickup time before placing the order. They can also check the stock quantity at each store and request free gift wrapping. Once the pickup is ready, an SMS or notification will be sent to the customer’s mobile phone, and the product can be collected by confirming the exchange number with the store staff.
Ahead of Parents’ Day, from the 4th to the 8th, 11st will offer a 10% discount coupon (up to 10,000 KRW) applicable to about 40 popular products eligible for the Jung Kwan Jang store pickup service, as well as up to 22% discount (up to 10,000 KRW) through T Membership.
