That day, the four siblings of the Song family argued over Song Na-hee's (Lee Min-jung) divorce issue. Just as Jang Ok-boon (Cha Hwa-yeon), who had come up to the rooftop, was about to catch them, Song Ga-hee (Oh Yoon-ah) quickly covered up by saying, "We were discussing a surprise for Mom's birthday," narrowly avoiding the crisis.

Yoon Gyu-jin (Lee Sang-yeob), who was chatting with Song Young-dal (Cheon Ho-jin) in the living room, was dragged out by Song Na-hee (Lee Min-jung), who was in a hurry to go home. When Jang Ok-ja (Baek Ji-won) and Jang Ok-boon commented that something seemed off between Na-hee and Gyu-jin, Song Young-dal pointed out, "They were so busy handing out flyers like at a new business opening that it's understandable they're tired. I felt embarrassed seeing Yoon sir like that."

When Gyu-jin asked why Na-hee was in such a hurry, upset about something, Na-hee revealed that Jun-seon, Ga-hee, and Da-hee all found out, surprising Gyu-jin. Curious about how they found out, Na-hee said that the only person who knew about their divorce was Yoon Jae-seok (Lee Sang-i). The next day at the hospital, Gyu-jin confronted Jae-seok, saying, "You blabbed everything to my sister-in-law," but Jae-seok understood the situation and ran away.

While talking with Lee Jung-rok (Alex), who came to the hospital for work, Song Na-hee ran into Yoon Jae-seok. Jae-seok said, "I want to get scolded quickly," and wanted to talk to Na-hee immediately. At that moment, Lee Jung-rok said, "Hey, you're Gyu-jin's younger brother, huh?" pretending to know him.

Jun-seon called Gyu-jin aside and started persuading him not to get a divorce. However, he lamented and blamed himself for being the first to initiate the divorce, so the persuasion failed. Ga-hee also met Na-hee separately and asked, "What is your honest feeling? Is it really over?" Na-hee replied, "Yes. Would I have divorced without such certainty?" But Ga-hee pointed out that they were still living together and advised, "Look carefully into your heart whether it's really because of those trivial reasons or if you're just not ready to separate from your brother-in-law."

Meanwhile, Song Da-hee apologized to Yoon Jae-seok for letting her older siblings know about her divorce. Jae-seok showed a deeply hurt expression, even tearing up. However, after leaving the cafe, Jae-seok revealed he was not really angry, saying, "Why do I fall for that so easily? I'm such an easy character to tease. I think I'll pretend to be sulking for another day or two."

After parting with her sister and heading home, Da-hee suddenly got drenched in heavy rain. Sitting miserably at the bus stop to avoid the rain, she happened to meet Lee Jung-rok, who was driving by. Lee Jung-rok gave Lee Min-jung a ride and casually said, "Every time I come here, I meet you on the street."

Arriving in front of Da-hee's house, Lee Jung-rok shared an umbrella with her, saying, "If you just run, you'll really catch a cold," and walked her home. Gyu-jin witnessed this scene. After entering the house, Da-hee asked Gyu-jin, "Since the legal matters are all settled, why are you still living with me?" Gyu-jin coldly replied, "Because of the house price."

Na-hee eventually caught a cold from being soaked in the rain, and Jang Ok-boon, who called her, came to the house saying, "You're sick, aren't you?" Gyu-jin also learned through his colleague Dr. Park Ji-yeon (Shin Soo-jung) that Na-hee had taken sick leave. While cleaning at Na-hee's house, Jang Ok-boon discovered the cohabitation contract and confronted Gyu-jin and Na-hee.
