Fire Extinguished at Flower Complex in Seocho-gu, Seoul... "No Casualties" (Comprehensive)
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] On the afternoon of the 3rd, a fire at a flower complex in Seocho-gu, Seoul was completely extinguished after about 2 hours and 10 minutes. It was reported that there were no casualties from this fire.
According to the fire authorities, around 6:20 PM that day, a fire broke out in a vinyl greenhouse at the flower complex in Sinwon-dong, Seocho-gu, burning down 4 out of 20 residential vinyl greenhouses and 2 out of 48 flower-use greenhouses, and was extinguished after about 2 hours and 10 minutes.
The fire department, upon receiving the report, dispatched 29 vehicles and 94 firefighters to the scene to carry out firefighting operations.
When the fire broke out, 9 residents evacuated, and fortunately, there were no casualties reported.
