LG Household & Health Care Unveils Timeless Masterpiece 'Hoo Hwanyu State Guest Set'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] LG Household & Health Care (CEO Cha Seok-yong) is presenting the signature work of Hoo, "Hwanyu State Guest Set," which spreads the beauty of royal court aesthetics.
The Hwanyu State Guest Set, unveiled through a noble artistic encounter with Choi Gyo-jun, master of Nipsa (inlay lacquer) and holder of Seoul City Intangible Cultural Property No. 36, features finely drawn gold and silver threads engraved onto the metal surface with over 90,000 hammering strikes, exquisitely and beautifully expressing the auspicious and noble phoenix as if embroidered.
Made from one of the finest woods that does not change over time, "Heukdanmok" (blackwood), crafted using traditional joinery techniques into a sturdy box form, it contains three high-end Hwanyu line products that complete beautiful skin: Hwanyu Go, Hwanyu Essence, and Hwanyu Dongango.
The Hoo Hwanyu line contains the complete wild ginseng plant, Sansam Jeoncho, harvested only between May and September, from leaves to roots, and maximizes efficacy by blending over 70 herbal ingredients according to traditional herbal principles.
Inspired by the Hwanyu State Guest Set born from royal court art Nipsa, Hoo will launch the "Hwanyu Go Special Edition" in May. You can experience the emotion of the beautiful royal court art "Nipsa," blooming on cold metal, through the Hwanyu Go Special Edition.
