Police Agency Opens 'Regulation Proof Request' Window on Website... Review Within 60 Days
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] The National Police Agency announced on the 28th that starting from the 29th, it will establish a "Regulation Verification Request" window on the Cyber Police Agency website where citizens or companies can request verification of regulations.
Through this window, when citizens or companies request regulation verification, the police plan to hold a Regulation Verification Committee composed of private members within 60 days to review the necessity of the regulation.
The police explained that this measure is to solidify the "Regulation Government Verification Responsibility System." This system requires the government, not citizens or companies, to prove the necessity of maintaining regulations, and if the government fails to do so, the relevant regulation will be abolished or improved.
