[Concall] LG Chem "Plan to Raise 600 Billion KRW in Funding in the Second Half"
[Asia Economy Reporter Park So-yeon] LG Chem stated during the conference call following the Q1 2020 earnings announcement on the 28th, "In the first quarter, we borrowed approximately 2.7 trillion KRW, and in April, we additionally secured 700 billion KRW, raising a total of 3.4 trillion KRW in funds." They added, "At the same time, by selling non-core assets, we secured an additional 400 billion KRW." Furthermore, they said, "In the second half of the year, we plan to raise about 600 billion KRW to cover borrowings maturing this year," and added, "There are no other special plans for fundraising."
