[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Mercedes-Benz Korea announced on the 28th that it has expanded and relocated its Goyang showroom and newly opened a service center.
The Mercedes-Benz Goyang showroom and service center (Motor One), which can simultaneously display a total of 29 vehicles, has a total floor area of 18,328㎡ (approximately 5,544 pyeong), consisting of 10 floors above ground and 1 basement floor. It is the largest among Mercedes-Benz showrooms and service centers in the metropolitan area.
The Goyang showroom and service center are located in one place, enabling more convenient and efficient routes for visiting customers. Additionally, it is situated near Samsong, Wonheung District, and Changneung District, where a complex shopping mall and global large furniture stores are located, providing excellent accessibility and convenience to customers in the northwestern Gyeonggi region.
The expanded Goyang showroom is the first in the metropolitan area to establish an ‘Exclusive Lounge,’ offering an independent space and premium services for Mercedes-Maybach customers. Through this, customers can explore Maybach models in a more comfortable environment and receive private consultations.
Also, at the Goyang showroom, customers can experience and purchase Mercedes-Benz’s first pure electric vehicle under the electric vehicle technology brand EQ, ‘The New Mercedes-Benz EQC.’ The service center houses EQ specialist technicians and service advisors, significantly enhancing convenience for local EQ brand vehicle customers by providing vehicle inspection and management.
The newly opened Goyang service center has introduced the My Service program, which provides customized services according to customer lifestyles. It allows for efficient maintenance such as regular inspections and general repairs.
