[Asia Top Brand] '100% Uri-mil Hot Dog' That Takes Care of Both Health and Taste
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] NS Distribution has been producing approximately 6,000 hot dogs daily by hand at its hot dog specialized manufacturing plant located in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province since April 2019.
That year, the company obtained HACCP certification, the food safety management certification standard, and operates under strict management with its own ERP system. The specialized manufacturing plant, equipped with thorough hygiene and high productivity, has reduced unit costs while maintaining high productivity, paving the way to meet customers without burden.
The products include 100% Uri-mil Hot Dog, Old-fashioned Hot Dog, Cheese Hot Dog, and Magic Hot Dog, currently supplied mainly to highway rest areas nationwide. After establishing itself as a cost-effective highway rest area food chosen by customers, the distribution network is now expanding to general restaurants. The 100% Uri-mil Hot Dog is differentiated from other companies' products that use imported wheat by using 100% domestically produced Uri-mil wheat.

Compared to imported wheat, Uri-mil has a shorter shelf life, making it relatively safer and fresher, and it contains abundant complex polysaccharides not found in imported wheat, producing soft and mild bread. Additionally, a 50g sausage is used to pursue both health and taste simultaneously.
