According to the Jinan-gun Agricultural Technology Center on the 27th, beneficial microorganisms, when sprayed in livestock barns, remove odors inside the barns, reduce the occurrence of flies, and are excellent in suppressing livestock diseases. They are known as microorganisms that help improve feed efficiency and enhance the barn environment.
As the utilization of agricultural microorganisms increases and demand from farms grows, Jinan-gun expanded its culturing facilities last year and produces eight types of beneficial microorganisms, including photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, and yeast, to supply to farms free of charge for the creation of a sustainable eco-friendly agricultural environment.
Farmers wishing to receive microorganisms can visit the Eco-friendly Microorganism Culturing Center on weekdays (Monday to Friday), where detailed usage instructions are also provided.
