Gwangsan-gu, Gwangsan Tax Office Installs Unmanned Civil Service Issuance Machines
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Kim Samho) announced on the 27th that it has installed an unmanned civil service issuance machine inside the tax office civil service room to facilitate convenience for taxpayers visiting the Gwangsan Tax Office.
This unmanned civil service issuance machine was introduced to alleviate the inconvenience of civil petitioners who need to obtain documents from nearby administrative welfare centers or administrative agencies.
Gwangsan-gu quickly prepared and installed the unmanned civil service issuance machine about 20 days after the opening of the Gwangsan Tax Office, issuing 89 types of civil documents such as resident registration certificates and basic certificates.
A Gwangsan-gu official said, “We will continue to provide civil administrative services that enhance resident convenience through various projects, including the installation of unmanned civil service issuance machines.”
Currently, Gwangsan-gu has installed and operates a total of 25 unmanned civil service issuance machines at the district office, dong administrative welfare centers, banks, etc., issuing 79 to 90 types of civil documents.
