[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Geumgang Housing's 'Guri Galmae Geumgang Pentarium IX Tower,' being built in the Guri Galmae district, is a knowledge industry center that pursues a complex cultural space combining factories, offices, officetels, and commercial facilities.

The Guri Galmae Geumgang Pentarium IX Tower will be constructed with 3 basement floors and 10 above-ground floors, covering a total floor area of approximately 170,000㎡. It is the largest among the five knowledge industry centers planned within the Guri Galmae district. Due to the nature of knowledge industry centers, the larger the scale, the more convenience and community facilities can be introduced, making it more preferred. The 'Geumgang Pentarium IX Tower,' supplied in Dongtan 2 New City in 2018 and noted as the largest in Korea at the time, was sold out within a week. The IX Tower is Geumgang Housing's unique brand for knowledge industry centers, with renowned architect Bradford Perkins directly involved in the design.

The transportation environment is also excellent. It is evaluated as convenient for commuting to downtown and metropolitan areas via the Bukbu Expressway, Seoul Metropolitan Area Circular Expressway, and Sejong-Pocheon Expressway. When the Seoul Subway Lines 4 and 8 and the GTX (Great Train Express) Line B are introduced in the nearby Byeollae district, transportation conditions are expected to improve further.
