Lotte Mart Seoul Yangpyeong Branch Attached Parking Lot with 180 Spaces Opened
Floors 6 and 7 with 180 Spaces Open for 2 Years... 24-Hour Full-Day Parking at 88,000 KRW per Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Yeongdeungpo-gu (Mayor Chae Hyun-il) signed a business agreement on the 24th with Lotte Mart Seoul Yangpyeong Branch (hereinafter Lotte Mart) for the ‘Building Attached Parking Lot Opening and Sharing Project’ to alleviate parking difficulties, opening 180 parking spaces in the attached parking lot to residents for two years.
Through this agreement, the district pledged to cooperate in alleviating local parking difficulties by jointly promoting the parking lot opening project based on mutual trust and cooperation among the three parties: Lotte Mart (owner of the attached parking lot), GS Park24 (operator entrusted with managing the attached parking lot), and the district.
Lotte Mart will open the idle parking spaces to residents, and the application reception and allocation for parking lot use due to the opening will be carried out under the management responsibility of GS Park24, the entrusted operator. The district will support improvements to parking lot facilities such as closed-circuit television (CCTV), floor paving work, and parking barriers, which is the main point of the agreement.
With this agreement, residents will be able to use 180 parking spaces in the Lotte Mart attached parking lot as regular parking spaces. The parking lot on the 6th and 7th floors will be open for two years, during which a monthly regular parking pass will cost 88,000 KRW, allowing 24-hour all-day parking. Hourly parking will operate as before.
The vehicle entry and exit times are from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays (Monday to Friday), and from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. The entrance will be closed from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. the next day (10 p.m. on weekends).
Residents who wish to use the parking lot can apply by visiting the Lotte Mart parking lot in person.
The district currently opens and shares 1,028 parking spaces in 25 attached parking lots of buildings such as apartments, religious facilities, and office buildings in the area, contributing to spreading the shared value of ‘sharing and cooperating benefits everyone.’
