Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam Private Universities to Start 'In-Person Classes' from the 11th of Next Month

According to Busan Catholic University, at the temporary meeting of presidents of private universities in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam held at the Busan Lotte Hotel on the 23rd, attendees agreed to begin face-to-face classes starting May 11.
The meeting, chaired by Shin Ho-cheol, president of Busan Catholic University, was attended by presidents of 12 private universities including Gaya University, Gyeongnam University, Kosin University, Dongmyung University, Dongseo University, Dong-Eui University, Busan Catholic University, Busan University of Foreign Studies, Silla University, Youngsan University, Inje University, and Changshin University.
The presidents agreed to start transitioning to face-to-face classes from May 11, considering the characteristics of each university, on the condition of strictly adhering to government policies such as "social distancing" and "daily quarantine," and to gradually expand the scope.
