According to the "Emergency Supply and Demand Adjustment Measures Notice for Health Masks and Hand Sanitizers," sellers must report the price, quantity, and sales locations to the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety by noon the next day if they sell more than 10,000 masks. Violations are punishable by imprisonment of up to two years or a fine of up to 50 million won.
