Various efforts for mutual growth are underway, ranging from on-site disinfection to support for rent and labor costs.
Hanssem is providing its home care division's "Disinfection Sterilization Care" service to support on-site disinfection for small business owners struggling due to COVID-19. Since March, the company has been offering its disinfection product "Disinfection Sterilization Care" to small business owners with high customer visits such as PC rooms, health clubs, restaurants, lodging facilities, and cafes, disinfecting both interior and exterior facilities of the stores. At the entrances of disinfected small business stores, "Disinfection Certification Mark" stickers and posters are posted so that customers can visit with peace of mind.
The disinfection support is provided to self-employed and small business owners near Hanssem Home Care Division branches nationwide upon request. Every week, disinfection is carried out at 30 to 40 small business operation sites, and disinfection sterilization has been conducted at about 200 stores nationwide. Hanssem plans to continue disinfection support activities until the spread of COVID-19 decreases. Previously, Hanssem donated 1 billion KRW through the Community Chest of Korea to overcome COVID-19 and participated in the "Good Landlord Movement" by reducing rent for its mutual growth standard stores. Social contribution activities to prevent the spread of COVID-19, such as disinfection support for child welfare communal living facilities, are also ongoing.
Ace Bed has also launched a second round of support for dealership owners struggling due to the spread of COVID-19. They decided to support dealerships nationwide, including those in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, with a scale of 900 million KRW. This is the second round of support following the first round in March, which provided 1.1 billion KRW in support nationwide for rent and labor costs as part of mutual growth with dealerships.

Ace Bed explained that as the COVID-19 situation prolongs, they prepared additional support plans to share difficulties with dealerships struggling to normalize management. Like the first round, the second round will support dealership rent and labor costs. Depending on the damage scale and store operation type of 240 stores nationwide, including 34 dealerships in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions, they plan to support part of the rent and employee labor costs. Ace Bed intends to continue paying close attention to and supporting the difficulties of dealerships even after this support. Ace Bed CEO An Seong-ho said, "Although these are difficult times for everyone, we will strive to overcome the crisis through mutual growth with our dealerships."
