Gwangjin-gu Opens Individual Official Land Price Inspection and Opinion Submission
District Accepts Individual Official Land Price Inquiries and Opinions Based on 2020 Data Until May 4... Operates 'Appraiser Consultation System' to Help Resolve Questions Related to Individual Official Land Prices
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gwangjin-gu (District Mayor Kim Seon-gap) is conducting a public inspection of the individual official land prices as of January 1, 2020, until May 4, and is accepting opinions.
The individual official land price is the price per square meter calculated by investigating the characteristics of individual land based on the standard land official price, and is used as a basis for imposing various national and local taxes related to land.
Viewing the individual official land prices and submitting opinions can be done by visiting the Real Estate Information Division of Gwangjin-gu Office or each neighborhood community center, or by checking through the district website (http://www.gwangjin.go.kr) and the Seoul Real Estate Information Inquiry System (http://kras.seoul.go.kr).
Landowners and interested parties should review ▲whether the price balance with the standard land or nearby land is maintained ▲whether the price balance with standard land having similar land characteristics is maintained when viewing the individual official land prices, and if they have any opinions, they can write an individual official land price opinion form and submit it within the period.
The district will re-investigate land characteristics and price balance based on the submitted opinions, undergo verification by appraisers and deliberation by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, notify the results individually by May 15, and decide and announce the prices by May 29.
Also, during the viewing and opinion submission period, the district operates an ‘Appraiser Consultation System’ where landowners or interested parties can receive one-on-one consultations with appraisers to resolve any questions related to the individual official land prices.
The ‘Appraiser Consultation System’ is currently operated through written and telephone consultations instead of visits to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and those who wish to consult can apply by contacting the Real Estate Information Division (☎450-7766~8).
