Online Applications on the Old Website and On-site Registration at Dong Resident Centers Also Available
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yuseonghun) is implementing a registered mail delivery service for the 'Seoul City Disaster Emergency Living Expenses' prepaid card, which supports households facing livelihood crises due to COVID-19.
The 'Prepaid Card Registered Mail Delivery Service' is a project prepared with the district's own budget to promote convenience for residents such as office workers who find it difficult to visit the community service centers, alongside practicing social distancing.
To apply, residents can submit an online application through the Geumcheon-gu Office website under 'Integrated Reservation → Other Reservations.' Residents who have difficulty using online services can also apply in person at the community service center of their registered residence.
The prepaid card can be received by registered mail at the desired address, such as the workplace, if the applicant meets the eligibility criteria and receipt conditions after application.
To address residents' questions about the Seoul City Disaster Emergency Living Expenses support, a consultation call center is operated, and a visiting application service is provided for residents with mobility difficulties.
For the visiting application service, residents can request by calling the Geumcheon Tongtong Welfare Call Center (☏2627-1004), which is the disaster emergency living expenses consultation call center.
