The drive-thru market, which has already started operating, began on the 2nd and 3rd of this month at Uiwang Rest Area and has sold local agricultural and marine products at Suwon Sports Complex, Anyang Sports Complex, Hwaseong Gungpyeong Port, generating sales of over 1.2 billion won.
Following the event at Yeoju Sinreuksa parking lot on the 25th, events will continue next month at Ilsan Lake Park and other locations.
Additionally, a drive-thru playground will be operated where people can watch movies and performances outdoors and dine at food trucks run by local small business owners, and a map containing information about this will also be produced and presented.
Along with this, consumption promotion activities include discount events for 80 paid tourist sites and 30 tourist pensions in the province, a neighborhood bookstore revival project supporting up to 360,000 won per location for delivery fees, and production of online lecture and performance content to support freelancers such as instructors and artists facing a shortage of work.
