View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Gyeonggi) announced on the 22nd that the joint submission "Pilmukhap" by GI Comprehensive Architecture Office (CEO Kangho Lee) and Zipartner Architecture Office (CEO Seongpil Lim) was selected as the winning design for the construction of the "Muk 2-dong Culture and Sports Complex Center."
The winning design received high marks at the "Design Competition Jury Meeting" held on the 7th for its simplicity and open structure, which can improve residents' administrative accessibility.
The Muk 2-dong Culture and Sports Complex Center is planned as a facility including a sports center, community center, and urban regeneration support center, with a scale of two basement floors to four above-ground floors and a total floor area of 3,541㎡.
The district plans to complete the detailed design by September and aims for completion in March 2022.
