According to the Daegu Regional Meteorological Administration, Daegu and Gyeongbuk will be influenced by a high-pressure system located near the Shandong Peninsula in China.
A strong wind advisory has been issued for the northeastern mountainous areas of Gyeongbuk, including Mungyeong and Andong in the northern inland region, as well as Pohang, Uljin, and Yeongdeok along the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk. A high wave advisory has been issued for the northern and southern coastal waters of northern and southern Gyeongbuk, and the northern and southern offshore waters of the southern East Sea.
The morning low temperatures will be -1°C in Bonghwa, 2°C in Gimcheon, 3°C in Andong, 4°C in Daegu and Uljin, and 6°C in Pohang. The daytime high temperatures will be around 12°C in Andong, 13°C in Gimcheon, 14°C in Daegu, 15°C in Uljin, and 16°C in Pohang, which is about 2 to 3 degrees lower than the previous day.
Due to the influx of yellow dust, fine dust levels will be 'bad' in Daegu and 'moderate' in Gyeongbuk.
Sea waves will be 1 to 3 meters high in the southern coastal waters of the East Sea, and 1.5 to 6 meters high in the southern and central offshore waters of the East Sea.
