The content titled "Cheer Up, Small Business Owners! 5 Ways to Give Customers Peace of Mind," released on Shinhan Bank's official YouTube account, is a 5-minute video in which Kim Yujin, the chief instructor of the "Shinhan SOHO Academy" and bestselling author of books such as "Business is Strategy," explains how to turn the crisis caused by COVID-19 into an opportunity. In the video, Shinhan Bank and Kim Yujin suggest practical methods to eliminate customers' negative perceptions such as anxiety caused by COVID-19 and provide trust and reassurance to customers. They emphasize "delivery and nationwide courier services" as key points for overcoming future crises and "self-trust" as a core element for overcoming the crisis.
Additionally, as a win-win project with self-employed individuals, the "Let's Practice Social Distancing Together" campaign is also being conducted. This campaign promotes businesses operated by graduates of the Shinhan SOHO Academy who offer lunchbox delivery services on the bank's internal bulletin board, encouraging bank employees to use these businesses.
