Chinese Shindongwol Group and Korean Search Medical Donate 1,000 Protective Suits to Chonnam National University Hospital
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] On the 21st, Chinese medical supplies manufacturer Xindongyue Group and Korean company Search Medical Co., Ltd. donated 1,000 protective suits to Chonnam National University Hospital, which is dedicated to preventing COVID-19 infections.
According to Chonnam National University Hospital on the 21st, a protective suit handover ceremony was held with the attendance of hospital director Lee Sam-yong, Search Medical CEO Moon Young-pil, and other officials.
This donation originated from a strong mutual cooperative relationship based on trust between Xindongyue Group and Search Medical Co., Ltd.
At the end of January, when COVID-19 was rampant in China and masks were difficult to secure, Xindongyue Group urgently requested help from Search Medical.
At that time, since mask exports were not yet banned, Search Medical sent a sufficient quantity of masks to Xindongyue Group.
As a token of gratitude to Search Medical for their support during difficult times, Xindongyue Group decided to prepare and donate these protective suits.
CEO Moon said, “We appreciate the hard work of medical staff sweating on the front lines of COVID-19,” and added, “We donated with the hope that they will continue to do their best until COVID-19 is eradicated.”
