[Photo] Capture Ban on Endangered Blackspotted Catshark in Front of Sajo Industry
Members of the Korea Federation for Environmental Movements held a press conference on the 21st in front of the headquarters of Sajo Industries in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, condemning the illegal capture of the scalloped hammerhead shark by the tuna fishing vessel Oryong 711, which belongs to Sajo Industries. According to the Korea Federation for Environmental Movements, the Oryong 711 caught and dismantled the endangered scalloped hammerhead shark in the South Pacific and used it as packaging material to preserve the appearance during the tuna transportation process. /Reporter Moon Honam munonam@
