According to the Daegu Regional Meteorological Administration, Daegu and Gyeongbuk will be affected by a high-pressure system moving southward from northern China on this day.
The morning low temperatures will range from 2 to 9 degrees Celsius, with Gimcheon at 4°C, Andong at 5°C, Uljin at 6°C, Daegu at 8°C, and Pohang at 9°C, which is about 2 to 5 degrees lower than the previous day. The daytime high temperatures will also drop by about 3 to 4 degrees compared to the previous day, with Andong at 14°C, Gimcheon at 15°C, Daegu and Uljin at 16°C, and Pohang at 18°C, ranging from 11 to 18 degrees Celsius.
Strong winds are expected from the afternoon, with speeds of 35 to 60 km/h (10 to 16 m/s) along the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk and northern inland areas, and 30 to 45 km/h (8 to 13 m/s) in Daegu and inland Gyeongbuk.
Fine dust levels are expected to be at a 'normal' level.
Sea waves will be 1 to 3 meters in the southern East Sea nearshore, and 1 to 4 meters in the southern and central East Sea offshore areas.
