The fund donated by the Authority was prepared by voluntarily returning the early introduction incentives paid during the introduction of the performance-based pay system in 2016 by its executives and employees. It was agreed by labor and management to use it for realizing social values such as providing stable jobs for local companies and promoting local job creation.
This fund will be used for employment stabilization and job creation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Gangwon region affected by the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
