WAK, Pro Players and the 'WAK in Hollywood' Campaign
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Jo] Kolon Industries FnC Division (hereinafter Kolon FnC), which operates the contemporary performance golf wear brand WAK, announced on the 20th that it will showcase unique digital marketing together with professional golf players sponsored by WAK.
WAK is expanding its fan base with an active yet witty image by sponsoring clothing for well-known professional golf players such as Kevin Na and Bo-mi Lee.
This spring and summer season's digital campaign, "WAK in Hollywood," portrays humorous situations that can occur during off-season friendly golf games among top players, expressed through WAK's distinctive witty concept.
The campaign, featuring four players?Kevin Na, Bo-mi Lee, Ji-hyun Kim, and Chan Kim?who gathered in Los Angeles (LA), USA, consists of various video versions. It captures cheerful moments such as Bo-mi Lee swinging while blindfolded, Chan Kim hitting over 100 meters with a toy club, and Kevin Na smoothly executing an overhead flop shot (a shot that lifts the ball high near the green with spin).
The videos can be viewed on WAK's official YouTube channel and social network services (SNS). Additionally, Kolon Mall is holding an event until the 26th, offering signed caps from the players featured in the videos (while supplies last).
Meanwhile, WAK continues to develop performance wear optimized for golf, such as the Players Edition and Winfit, which enhance functionality to help improve performance. The items worn by the players in this digital campaign video can be found in the Kolon Mall special exhibition.
