Korea Infrastructure Safety Corporation, Pledges to Be the 'Top Institution in Safety Sector' on 25th Anniversary
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Kang Sharon] The Korea Facilities Safety Corporation announced on the 17th that it will solidify its status as the top specialized institution in the field of safety management on the occasion of its 25th anniversary on the 19th.
Since its launch in 1995, the Korea Facilities Safety Corporation has been carrying out tasks such as conducting safety inspections of major national facilities, developing and disseminating technology, informatizing and providing data on facility management history, and training technical personnel. Through preventing safety accidents in facilities, it has aimed to ensure the safety of the public and promote the sustainable development of the national economy.
The corporation, in order to participate in social distancing to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), shared the founding anniversary speech of Chairman Park Young-su online with executives and employees without holding a founding anniversary event, reaffirming their determination on the occasion of the anniversary.
