According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription website on the 17th, 17,880 people applied for the first-priority subscription of 'Hillstate Dowon Central,' which recruited 639 households (excluding special supply) the day before, recording an average competition rate of 27.98 to 1.
The housing type with the most applicants was the 84㎡A exclusive area. With 7,636 applicants for 101 units supplied, it showed a competition rate of 75.6 to 1. In addition, 84㎡B recorded a competition rate of 40.31 to 1, followed by 84㎡C at 20.51 to 1, and 107㎡B at 17.78 to 1.
All housing types were closed in the first priority for 'Hillstate Dowon Central,' and the winners will be announced on the 23rd. Winner contracts will be conducted for 10 days from May 4 to 13.
