A man in his 20s who entered the US tests positive in Seodaemun-gu
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Seodaemun-gu announced on the 13th that a 26-year-old man who entered the country through Incheon International Airport from the United States tested positive for COVID-19 on the morning of the 15th.
The confirmed patient's address is in Eunpyeong-gu, but since the day of entry, he had been maintaining self-quarantine alone in an officetel in Chung-hyeon-dong, Seodaemun-gu.
He was asymptomatic upon arrival on the 13th, immediately moved to the Seodaemun-gu Public Health Center screening clinic for testing, and was confirmed positive on the morning of the 15th.
He has currently been transferred to the Seoul Red Cross Hospital in Jongno-gu, which has a nationally designated isolation ward.
