Recruitment of Operators for Jungnang-gu Green Market
Recruiting Green Market Operators Until the 20th... Selling and Exchanging Used Goods in Apartment Complexes, Parks, etc.... Support of 100,000 KRW per Session Up to 8 Sessions
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) is recruiting operators for the Green Market until the 20th to promote resource circulation and spread a culture of sharing.
The Green Market is a small-scale recycling market that utilizes nearby living spaces such as apartment complexes, parks, neighborhood playgrounds, in front of senior centers, and sports fields, allowing neighbors to easily sell and exchange secondhand goods.
Anyone, whether individuals or groups, can apply. If more than 10 resident sellers participate and the Green Market is operated at least three times a year, it can be freely held between June and November.
Applications can be submitted to the local community service center with a business application form and required documents. After a review process by the Seoul Metropolitan Government's local subsidy review committee in May, support of 100,000 KRW per event will be provided for up to 8 events. However, due to the COVID-19 situation this year, the opening schedule or number of events in the second half of the year may be flexibly adjusted.
