[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Ju Cheol-in] On the 13th, Daegu and Gyeongbuk will be mostly cloudy, becoming gradually clear from the afternoon.
According to the Daegu Regional Meteorological Administration, Daegu and Gyeongbuk will be affected by a high-pressure system moving eastward near Shanghai, China.
A strong wind advisory is in effect for the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, including Uljin, Gyeongju, Pohang, and Yeongdeok, while a strong wind warning is issued for Ulleungdo and Dokdo.
The morning low temperatures will range from 2 to 8 degrees Celsius, with Gimcheon at 3°C, Andong at 4°C, Uljin at 5°C, Daegu at 7°C, and Pohang at 8°C. The daytime highs will be between 14 and 20 degrees Celsius, with Pohang and Uljin at 14°C, Daegu and Andong at 18°C, Gimcheon at 19°C, and Sangju at 20°C, about 3 to 4 degrees higher than the previous day.
Air dispersion will be smooth, so fine dust levels are expected to be at a 'Good' level.
Sea waves will be very high, with 2 to 6 meters in the southern East Sea nearshore, and 3 to 8 meters in the southern and central East Sea offshore areas.

A meteorological official advised, "Due to high waves caused by swell along the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, there is a possibility of waves overtopping coastal roads or breakwaters and flooding in low-lying areas. Please be cautious to prevent coastal safety accidents and flood damage."
