Over 80 Korean Residents in Spain to Arrive on November 13 (Update)
[Asia Economy Reporter Cho Hyun-ui] Over 80 Korean residents staying in Spain will return to Korea in two special charter flights on the 11th and 13th.
The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters announced on the 10th that "considering the high incidence and fatality rates of COVID-19 in Spain," they have planned support for the return of overseas Koreans and their families.
The Korean residents and their families arriving in groups from Spain will undergo the same domestic quarantine procedures as the Korean residents from Italy who arrived on the 1st and 2nd.
If classified as symptomatic, they will immediately receive a COVID-19 test at Incheon Airport. Asymptomatic individuals will be moved to temporary living facilities to undergo COVID-19 testing. If a confirmed case occurs, they will be quarantined in the facility for 14 days.
