Additionally, the Mokdong academy district, one of Seoul's three major academy areas, is adjacent, which is expected to satisfy parents applying for the units.
Various lifestyle infrastructures such as large marts and department stores are within the living area, and green spaces like Gaenam Neighborhood Park and Sintree Park are nearby, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant living environment. The complex is designed in a tower-type structure, enabling comfortable lighting and sunlight exposure, and community facilities such as a fitness club, GX room, indoor golf practice range, and a small library will be established to enhance living convenience.
Applications will be accepted in the following order: special supply starting on the 20th, first priority for the relevant area on the 21st, first priority for other areas on the 22nd, and second priority on the 23rd. Winners will be announced on the 29th, and contracts will be signed over three days from the 11th to the 13th of the following month. The expected move-in date is March 2022.
Eligibility for first priority applications in the relevant area requires applicants to have resided in Seoul for more than one year as of the announcement date and to have been subscribed to a subscription savings account for more than two years, meeting the deposit amount requirements. The government's policy granting first priority status only to residents with over two years of residence is not yet applied. Resale is prohibited until move-in, and resale of special supply units is restricted until April 2025.
