According to 'SPOTV News' on the 6th, a detached house in the Hyundai Housing Complex in Samseong-dong, Seoul, owned by Song Hye-kyo, was recently listed for 8.2 billion KRW.
The house has a land area of 454㎡ and a total floor area of 324㎡, consisting of one basement floor and two above-ground floors.
According to the media, a real estate industry official speculated that the listed price of the house is lower than the actual transaction price, making it almost a quick sale.
