Welcome Financial Group announced on the 6th that it has been conducting the "Life Sharing Blood Donation Campaign" in collaboration with the Korean Red Cross since the 3rd.
This blood donation campaign was organized with the purpose of helping to alleviate the blood supply shortage caused by the COVID-19 situation.
On the 3rd, the campaign took place at the Korean Red Cross blood donation bus set up at the Welcome Financial Group headquarters in Guro-gu, Seoul. The first donor was Kim Dae-woong, CEO of Welcome Savings Bank, and about 300 employees are expected to participate in blood donation over three sessions. Additionally, branch office employees plan to visit the Korean Red Cross's Blood Donation Centers to donate blood.
