The Future Korea Party stated in a press release on the same day, "It is heartbreaking and regrettable. We express our condolences to the bereaved families and want to share the sorrow with the people."
The Future Korea Party said, "Even as the number of confirmed cases surpassed 10,000, the reason South Korea has been able to stand firm is solely due to the dedication and sacrifice of medical staff," adding, "the medical personnel who volunteered to serve under harsh conditions, as well as all the medical staff in this land who risk their lives to care for patients, are truly the strength supporting South Korea and the vanguard in overcoming Wuhan coronavirus."
The Future Korea Party said, "We will do our utmost to ensure a situation where South Korea can feel safe," and added, "We pray for the health of the medical staff who are still struggling on the front lines, and we will not spare any support or meticulous consideration for them."
