Jangseong-gun Implements 'National Application Real-Name System' to Guarantee Citizens' Right to Know
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Gilsu] Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 3rd that it will implement the National Request Real-Name System until the 30th to promote the policy real-name system and guarantee the public's right to know.
The National Request Real-Name System is a system that discloses major contents and progress of key policies or large-scale budget projects of administrative agencies that the public is curious about, as well as the real names of the responsible public officials.
The application targets include ▲ matters related to major issues of county administration ▲ projects involving large-scale budget investment ▲ research services above a certain scale ▲ matters related to the establishment and revision of autonomous regulations affecting the daily lives of county residents.
However, cases that are not under the jurisdiction of Jangseong-gun, cases subject to non-disclosure under the Information Disclosure Act, unclear or unidentifiable applications, or simple complaints that differ from the purpose are excluded from the application targets.
Applications can be submitted by mail (Planning and Audit Officer, Jangseong-gun Office) or email with an application form stating the policy or project name to be disclosed and the reason for the application. It is also possible through ‘Munseo24’.
After the application deadline, Jangseong-gun plans to decide on the key management projects of the policy real-name system through deliberation and resolution by the Policy Real-Name System Deliberation Committee next month. Selected projects will be disclosed on the county website.
